1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to our website! Before accessing or using our website or mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “our Site”), review these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. This document forms a binding agreement between you and DESTINATION BEES (the “Company”). By using the Service and our Site, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our Site or Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To access or use our Site and Services, you must be 18 years or older. By using our Site, you affirm that you meet the age requirement and can form binding contracts under applicable law.

3. COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your email address, you give permission to receive communications from us. This may include notifications, promotional material, and updates. Although you can opt-out of promotional communications, you might still receive essential service notifications.

4. REPLACEMENT AND REFUNDS

In the case of incorrect or missing products, alert us immediately. We conduct thorough checks before delivery, but errors can occur. If products are missing, we aim for same-day delivery replacements, subject to availability. Notably, for products delivered correctly, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

5. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT

For delivery reservations, refer to our available delivery dates on our website. Please place orders at least 72 hours prior to your intended arrival, as we don’t support same or next-day deliveries. We exclusively accept online orders; phone or fax orders won’t be entertained. Payments are processed at checkout, and a receipt, along with an order ID, will be provided. Ensure your orders are confirmed and paid for 72 hours prior to the delivery date. We aren’t liable for incomplete orders or unpaid items left in the cart.

6. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Removing Items: If you need to remove items, email us at support@destinationbees.com. Full refunds for such items will be processed within 10-15 business days if notified at least 2 days before delivery. Shorter notice may result in restocking fees.

Adding Items: For additions, please contact us by email at support@destinationbees.com. Ensure this is done at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery. While we may not be able to make order changes within 72 hours of your scheduled delivery, we will make every attempt to accommodate your request. If you have already placed and order and need to attempt to add an additional item or items, please contact us at support@destinationbees.com.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please reach out to our Customer Service Department at support@destinationbees.com. A $30 cancellation fee will apply, and depending on when you notify us, restocking fees might apply.

7. PRICING AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

While we aim to offer competitive pricing, we do not guarantee, nor do we match prices offered by other providers or competitors. We make every attempt to provide our clients with an accurate estimate of the grocery cost at the time they place their order, prices sometimes fluctuate. Price fluctuations could be in the form of the item being on sale, or being off special, resulting in higher cost to you. Occasionally, products might be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. At checkout, Destination Bees asks whether you are agreeable to substitutions for unavailable products, and if so, we will obtain comparable substitutes.

8. DELIVERY PROCESS

Quality is our priority. During delivery, products are packed with care. Our delivery method may vary based on the delivery location. To ensure our staff’s safety, certain delivery restrictions and purchase limits may apply.

9. DELIVERY ADJUSTMENTS

Occasionally, factors like inclement weather or housekeeping schedules might affect our ability to make timely deliveries. While we make every effort to timely delivery items, sometimes schedule modifications are inevitable.

10. THIRD-PARTY ENGAGEMENTS

Our platform might allow product orders from third-party businesses. Transactions, warranties, and other engagements with these parties remain between you and the third party. We don’t hold responsibility for such interactions and don’t endorse these third-party offerings.

11. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Your privacy is paramount. Our Privacy Policy, linked herein, elaborates on how we handle your personal information. We use advanced security measures to protect your data, but no system is infallible. Please use our platform responsibly.

12. TERMINATION RIGHTS
