Absolutely!  Destination Bees can help make your return to Brevard County a little less hectic by running to the grocery store for you.  If your property has utility service and powered appliances, we can deliver your ordered grocery and consumable items prior to your arrival.  Simply provide us with the information as to how we can reach your trusted contact so that we can coordinate with them to obtain access to your property prior to your return.

Where do you deliver

We currently deliver to the following locations in Brevard County:  Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Satellite Beach, Melbourne Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Rockledge, Cocoa, Port Saint John, and Titusville.
If you attempted to enter your Brevard County, Florida rental address and zip code and received an error, please contact us at support@destinationbees.com so we can determine whether we are able to accommodate you.

How far in advance must I place my order

Customers must place their orders with Destination Bees at least 72 hours in advance to give our team the necessary time to coordinate with the vacation rental manager or owner to obtain access to the vacation rental property. However, because we have a limited number of delivery slots available, we suggest securing your delivery reservation as soon as possible.

Should you need to make changes to your placed order up until 72 hours prior to your selected arrival date, please contact us at support@destinationbees.com.  If you need to change an existing order or place a new order less than 72 hours prior to your arrival, please contact us to see if we are able to accommodate you.

A $30.00 expedite fee will apply to orders placed less than 72 hours in advance.

How do you access my vacation rental

We consistently work to build relationships with many area vacation rental management companies and local owners. We attempt to coordinate with the management company or owner to avoid disruption of the housekeeping staff while still being able to deliver your items prior to your arrival. If we are unable to contact the rental management company/owner we may request your assistance with reaching out to your point of contact for the rental to facilitate the delivery.

Who is delivering my groceries

All deliveries are made by Destination Bees employees who have been thoroughly vetted and background checked to give our customers and their property owner/managers the best experience.

Am I able to request a return after my items have arrived

No, we cannot accept returns.

What is your cancellation policy

You can cancel your order up to 72 hours before your selected delivery date. Order cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will not be permitted. Any order canceled in the permitted period will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee plus credit card processing fees.

What if there is a problem with my order

Destination Bees prioritizes our clients’ satisfaction and service experience. We make all efforts to meet your expectations, however, sometimes mistakes do happen. Should you have any problems or issues with your order, please contact us at support@destinationbees.com.

How can I suggest a brand not found on the website

While we try to offer a wide array of products on the website, occasionally a customer may need something that is not offered. If you are unable to find a product that you need on our website, please use our “special requests” box located on the checkout page to request those items. All attempts will be made to accommodate special requests with the exception of requests for prohibited items like alcohol, tobacco products, and prescription medications. Any special request for a prohibited item will be disregarded without any further notice to you.

All special request items will be invoiced to you separately, including the 15% setup fee, but will not be subject to additional processing and delivery fees. You agree that by submitting a special request, you will immediately pay the invoice associated with said special request.  If we are unable to accommodate a special request, we will communicate that to you, except as noted above.

How do you handle out of stock items

If you indicate that substitutions are acceptable, you agree that the person shopping for your order is authorized to substitute a similar item. By allowing substitutions, you authorize and agree that the substitution, while not the ordered item, will be acceptable to you even though a price difference may occur.

Destination Bees understands that sometimes a client may prefer certain brands or items and substitutions are unacceptable. If this is the case for you, please make sure that you do not check the box indicating substitutions are allowed.

Can I add items onto my order

If you need to add items to your order, please contact us by email at support@destinationbees.com at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery. While we may not be able to make order changes within 72 hours of your scheduled delivery, we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.  Any additional items that we are able to accommodate will be separately invoiced to you, including the 15% setup fee but not subject to additional processing and delivery fees. By requesting additional items, you agree to immediately pay any separate invoices associated with those requests.

How do I know that you have delivered my groceries

When the groceries have been delivered, Destination Bees will send you a notification complete with pictures showing your stocked items. Destination Bees will also leave you a note at the rental property that identifies important details about your delivery order.

Do you guarantee my order will be delivered prior to my arrival

There are some things that happen that are outside of our control, such as weather issues, housekeeping schedules, and entry coordination issues.  While we make every effort to  deliver your items timely, we cannot guarantee that your delivery will be there before your arrival.  

Is your website secured/encrypted

Yes.

An SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is installed, which keeps the site and user data private.

Do you offer delivery of alcohol, tobacco products or prescription medications

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery of alcohol, tobacco products or prescription medications.  Any attempt to submit a special request for any of these items will be disregarded without further notice to you.

What is the $30 Date Reservation Fee

Because Destination Bees strives to provide excellent service to its customers, we only offer a limited number of delivery reservations per day.  A $30 non-refundable reservation fee applies to those customers who wish to only reserve a delivery date and are not buying groceries simultaneously with the date reservation.  The $30 non-refundable reservation fee secures your delivery date only; however, further action is required by you to place your grocery delivery order at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.

Do you accept gratuities

While our website is not currently set up to accept gratuities, you can show your appreciation by posting positive feedback on our Google business page at https://g.page/r/CTNjLAfHW4WJEBM/review or by following and posting on our social media pages.

How much does your service cost

Destination Bees charges a $25 processing fee to coordinate with both the guest and vacation rental owners to manage customer orders throughout the process.  We charge a $25 delivery fee to obtain and deliver your groceries to your vacation rental.  We charge a 15% setup fee that is based on the total value of your grocery order.

Orders placed within 72 hours of your arrival (assuming Destination Bees can accommodate your request) will be subject to a $30 expedite fee.  Upon confirmation that Destination Bees can support the expedited order, you agree to immediately pay the expedite fee that will be separately invoiced to you.

Why does Destination Bees charge a setup percentage (%) on top of the processing and delivery fees

Destination Bees charges a 15% setup fee to each order to compensate our staff for the setup and organization of your grocery items in the vacation rental, including any cleanup necessary at time of delivery.  

Why is there a discrepancy between the website price and the final invoice

While we make every attempt to provide our clients with an accurate estimate of the grocery cost at the time they place their order, prices sometimes fluctuate. By placing your order, you agree that all grocery expenses that exceed the initial grocery charges will be separately invoiced to you, and immediately paid.

Can I have my items shipped

We do not ship any items.
